About the Inbox

Messages are delivered to your mailbox on a computer running Microsoft Exchange Server, where they're stored in your Inbox by default.

The Inbox displays new messages in bold type. Once opened, the new messages revert to normal type.

To open your Inbox, click Inbox in the Navigation Pane.
