Responsibilities:
- Orients new employees regarding county policies, insurance and retirement programs.
- Oversees payroll for all county employees.
- Administers county benefit package including: medical, dental, life, disability and retirement.
- Provides guidance to county departments on personnel-related issues.
- Maintains accurate employee database and personnel files.
- Conducts special studies, prepares reports and makes recommendations to County Commission.
