Description of Duties: The board meets annually and on an as needed basis to review and recommend action regarding the issuance of Industrial Revenue Bonds as outlined in Chapter 349 of the Missouri Revised Statutes. Each director shall be a qualified elector of, and taxpayer in, Platte County, Missouri. No Director shall be an officer or employee of Platte County, Missouri
